Media Standard Print is the basis for a smooth collaboration between customer, pre-press and press company during media production:
Data formats, colour formats, printing conditions, workflows, test devices, standards.
The 2007 issue contains updates on standardisation (ISO) and its practical application, for example, a standardised proof print (ISO/DIS 12647-7).
The shortly published standard profiles (basis: Amendment 1 (2007) for ISO 12647-2) as well as the created characterisation data (FOGRA 28-32) that are based on the Altona Test Suite reference prints for Offset job printing and continuous printing, are documented, as well as standard profiles for gravure printing and newspaper printing.
